1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed same day if placed before 5 PM.
• You’ll receive an order confirmation once processing begins.
2. Delivery
Next-Day Delivery (Kenya-wide):
- Available for all orders placed before 5 PM.
- Orders after 5 PM will be delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery applies to all locations through our courier partners.
3. Delivery Charges
• Delivery is provided at a fee, based on your location and item size/weight.
• Exact charges will be displayed during checkout.
4. Delivery Issues
• Ensure your address and phone number are accurate. If the package is returned due to incorrect contact details, a re-delivery charge will apply.
