At GadgetPoa, we are committed to delivering quality electronics and appliances. Due to the nature of our products and the need to maintain quality control, we do not offer refunds on purchases.
However, exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with no signs of physical damage or tampering.
• The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• Exchanges are only considered for:
Wrong item delivered
Dead-on-arrival products (DOA)
Manufacturing defects (must be verified)
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo/video evidence of the item.
We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
